Standard turn-around time for screen printing is seven business days; this time period begins when all blank goods have been received at our docks and the final art files have been approved. If a shorter time period than seven days for production is required, a rush charge of 20% will be added to the fees listed below.
The pricing below assumes that all blank goods are purchased from Always Great Graphix. If the customer wishes to supply goods for production, the minimum production quantity is 12 pieces. Also, production fees and requirements may vary on orders produced on customer-supplied goods.

All Orders Received after Noon (12pm PST) enter schedule on next day! Each job must be written as a seperate PO.
Production Schedule: 7-10 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise & Approval.
Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.
All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.
(50% deposit and final balance when order is complete)

Colored Garments Require a White Plate (Additional Color) and a Flash.
Set Ups are $26 (Includes Screen and Films)
4 Color Process are $29.50 (Includes Screen and Films)
Re-orders ($18) only need screens if using the original art; at the original size.
Edits require new film and new screens.
ANY JOB OLDER THAN 2 Years, will be destroyed, New films will be needed.

If art is not Vector Color Separated Ready. Art fees are $40 an hr
Index Sim Process up to 6 colors is $30 a color

AGG is a PC based company. The art department is currentily using all Adobe CS5 software and we can convert Corel Draw or Freehand files.

Files are basically two types of files,
Vector files are crisp,sharp and can be scaled to any desired size.
Raster files are pixel based and are NOT easily manipulated or as clear.
Without proper files there will be an art fee that will be quoted before your order.
Rush Charges of 15% (5-6 days) Rush Charges of 25% (3-4 days) Rush Charges of 35% (2-3 days) from receipt of art approval & merchandise.
International Shipments: $25 service charge plus Freight.
Drop Shipping: $7.50 per location
Shipping fees are based on weight, dimensions & zip code. We use UPS Ground rates unless your PO directs us otherwise.
PLEASE indicate on your shipping request form if we are shipping to a residence or a business.
Shipping Insurance requests must be on purchase order.
Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage, (4% on darks). We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% (4% on darks) whichever is greater.
Minimum $50.00 charge per color per location on ALL Pre-Production SAMPLE ITEMS!
